A modern version of a small and cozy country house designed for a family of 4−6 people. The house features a spacious kitchen-living area, two bedrooms, an entrance hall, a utility room, and a combined bathroom with a bathtub.

Everything needed for a long stay is provided: a kitchen with a stove, a wood-burning fireplace, functional furniture and appliances, and a full set of textiles and tableware.

Two double beds or four single beds, a sofa bed for 1−2 guests in the study, a sofa for 1−2 people in the living room, a writing desk, fireplace, tableware set for 6 people, electric kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, mini fridge, stove, oven, and wardrobe.

Bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, towel set, and toiletries.

Bathrobes, slippers, 1.5 L of drinking water, tea, and coffee are provided. TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathroom, washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
