Rules for living with animals

Reception, accommodation and accommodation of citizens in a hotel is carried out in accordance with the "Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation", approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 04/25/1997 No. 490 (ed. By Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02.10.1999 No. 1104, 09/15/2000 No. 693).

1. When booking a room, it is necessary to agree on the possibility of staying in a room with an animal. The hotel reserves the right to determine whether it is possible to accommodate a pet in the room;

2. The hotel only allows dogs of small and medium breeds, no more than 50 cm tall at the withers and weighing no more than 20 kg. Living with fighting dogs, reptiles, birds, and wild animals is prohibited;

3. Upon check-in at the hotel, the guest is obliged to pay for accommodation with an animal in the amount of 2000 rubles per day; a deposit of 5000 rubles.

4. Vacationing pet owners stay with the animals in specially approved rooms;

5. The owner of the animal must have with him a registration certificate (passport of the animal) and a veterinary certificate with a note on all vaccinations issued by the authorized body at least seven days before the date of arrival;

6. The vacationer must bring with him: a container (cage), a waterproof litter, a towel, a special tray (toilet), a bowl, dry food, a favorite toy, a first-aid kit with medicines, cleaning products for a pet;

7. The vacationer is forbidden to leave the animal alone in the room unattended. If it is necessary to leave the animal alone for a short time, a "do not disturb" sign should be hung on the door of the room;

8. The vacationer is obliged to ensure the absence of a pet during room cleaning;

9. It is forbidden to walk pets in public places and playgrounds of the hotel, when walking a pet on the territory, the vacationer must have means for cleaning the products of the pet's vital activity and perform such cleaning;

10. It is forbidden to take a pet with you to a cafe, restaurant, sauna complex and other closed public places of the hotel. The animal must be on a leash in the public area of the hotel;

11. It is forbidden to wash pets in the shower cabins of the room, as well as to use towels, sheets and other bedding of the hotel for the animal; it is forbidden to feed pets from dishes belonging to the hotel;

12. A guest staying with an animal undertakes to ensure compliance with the sanitary and hygienic regime in the room and on the territory of the hotel, as well as undertakes to ensure the safety of property in the room and undertakes to pay a fine in case of damage to the hotel by animals, according to the established Damage Price List.

13. In case of complaints from other guests or in case of accidents caused by a pet, the pet owner must immediately take appropriate measures to eliminate the causes of dissatisfaction, and if necessary, take the animal away from the hotel;

14. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with a guest staying with pets in case of violation of the rules of accommodation and in case of aggressive, inappropriate, noisy behavior of a pet.
