Consent to Personal Data Processing
An individual (User, data subject) hereby gives this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter — the "Consent") to Limited Liability Company "Khvoya", TIN 4 011 033 460, KPP 401 101 001, OGRN 1 214 000 007 627, registered address: Kaluga Region, Zhukovsky Municipal District, Verkhovye rural settlement, Sosnovy Gorodok recreation base, building 1, premises 6 (hereinafter — the "Controller").
The Consent is given when filling out forms on the website https://pineriver.ru (hereinafter — the "Website") by ticking a checkbox, clicking buttons such as "Submit Request", "Book", or by sending messages to the Controller via messengers, as well as by making phone calls to the telephone numbers listed on the Website.
The Consent is specific, informed, conscious, unambiguous, and voluntary.
List of personal data for which I, the User, give consent:
• For website functionality: IP address, geolocation data, cookies, browser type and operating system, date and time of access, traffic source, and on-site activity data.
• For processing service requests: full name, email address.
• For hotel booking purposes: full name, phone number, email address, date of birth (if required), nationality (if required), and identity document data (if required).
• For contract conclusion: full name, phone number, email address, passport details.
• For marketing communications (information about new services and promotions): full name, email address.
• For analytics and service quality improvement: full name, email address, form submissions, and chat interaction data.
Purposes of personal data processing:
• ensuring website functionality and improving user experience;
• processing service requests;
• hotel booking;
• conclusion of agreements;
• marketing communications (information about new services and promotions);
• analytics and improvement of service quality.
The User authorizes the Controller to carry out both automated and non-automated processing of personal data, including: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction.
Term of consent:
This Consent remains valid until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or until the Consent is withdrawn by the data subject. In cases provided by law (for example, for accounting or tax purposes), data may be stored after the purpose of processing is achieved for the periods established by law (not less than 3 years in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation).
Withdrawal of consent:
The Consent may be withdrawn by the data subject or their representative by sending a written request to the Controller via email at info@pineriver.ru or by postal mail to: Kaluga Region, Zhukovsky Municipal District, Verkhovye rural settlement, Sosnovy Gorodok recreation base, building 1, premises 6. The request must include full name and contact details for feedback.
If the data subject withdraws consent to personal data processing, the Controller has the right to continue processing personal data without consent where grounds specified in clauses 2−11 of part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" apply.
Processed personal data shall be destroyed upon achievement of the purposes of processing or when such purposes are no longer required, unless otherwise provided by federal law.
